About Gourmet Hash

The Gold Coast Hash House Harriers had its first run on the 15th May, 1978. It all started at Carrara in a tin shed by the old Surfers Paradise Race Way. The Emerald Lakes Development now stands on this historical ground. I’ve heard a few reports that residents have heard the sound of running feet and the call of On On in the middle of the night on several occasions, but not a runner to be seen.  It’s nice to known that members  that have passed still enjoy a run where it all began. Currently we have a pack of  about 35 keen Hashers every Monday night. We run every Monday from different locations on the Gold Coast, starting at 6:15pm. If you are visiting the Gold Coast it would be great to catch up with fellow Hashers.
